Shannon Morales is a proud Afro Latina, first generation college grad, single mom, and serial social entrepreneur. Her most recent business venture, Tribaja, was accelerated through Philly Startup Leaders and Immerse Program with Bubble. Tribaja is a double sided marketplace that provides untapped communities with tech training and then matches them with early and growth stage startups looking to build inclusive teams. Shannon created this business after experiencing struggles as a career changers and obstacles faced building tech as a non technical founder.

 Shannon has a strong passion for building diverse tech and startup ecosystems that shines through in her work. She was awarded “Culture Builder of the Year” 2020 by Technically Media, nominated “Young Professional of the Year” by the African American Chamber of Commerce, and is a Zane Venture Fellow working towards raising her first million.
