About THE FIELD
The Field is a community, digital platform, and well-being retreat center resourcing you to hold space and tend to your inner field. The Field provides space to integrate well-being + spirit care practices into daily life. The Field is a growing 2 pronged approach for resourcing the mental, physical, spiritual wellness of our city of philadelphia + beyond through a digital platform + well-being retreat center. In The Field, we disrupt the unnatural but culturally normalized patterns of burnout / disassociation / disengagement & instead invite ourselves to intentionally rest in & engage with The Field of our inner knowing, collective wisdom, and interconnectedness. We’re a multi-modality platform with practices are rooted yoga: movement, breath, meditation, collective values with space to offer other potent well-being practices, like dance meditation, journaling, somatics, myofascial release, sound healing, critical community discussion that catalyze action out + into the world. All led by Field Guides of an array of backgrounds currently underrepresented in the wellness world. The Field is here we center our Black + Brown + Asian + Indigineous community and to welcome all.

Meet The Team
Adriana Adelé [she/they] is a yoga facilitator & an advocate for collective well-being who studies and shares yoga as a practice of liberation. Through yoga, Adriana holds space for intentional movement, deep rest, Black holistic well-being, disruption of toxic dominant narratives, learning/unlearning, embodiment and affirmation of our eternal divine wholeness as individuals & in service of collective liberation. Her work helps adults and kids effectively integrate the practices and benefits of yoga including movement, meditation, and breathwork to their busy, messy, very real daily lives.
