1 MILLION CUPS (1MC), FOUNDED BY THE KAUFFMAN FOUNDATION, IS A FREE, NATIONWIDE PROGRAM DESIGNED TO EDUCATE, ENGAGE, AND ACCELERATE EARLY-STAGE STARTUPS.

1 Million Cups (1MC) believes in the notion that entrepreneurs can discover solutions and thrive when they collaborate over a million cups of coffee. Drop-in on our community of innovators & entrepreneurship enthusiasts every third Wednesday morning of the month to connect & support Philadelphia's local startups. At each event you will hear two pitches from Philly startups and participate in live feedback from the audience. Whether you are an experienced founder, a new entrepreneur, an investor, or simply curious about innovation and entrepreneurship, these early-stage founders need your support & feedback.

Over the last three years as the lead organizer for 1MC Philadelphia, we aimed to magnify 1MC as an entry point to Philly’s startup ecosystem, and along with our organizing partners offered a warm in-person (and virtual!) welcome to new entrepreneurs seeking support and assistance.
