Dave Becker was formerly the SVP of Product Management at Ellucian (SunGard Higher Education), and was responsible for dozens of Higher Education solutions supporting 1,200 global customers. In his 24 years of experience in education technology, he's had the opportunity to visit and present at over 300 different colleges, campuses and conferences around the world. He also has twins in ninth grade who have not been expelled (yet).

Jackie Appel is the Managing Director of Company Relations at LaunchCode Philadelphia. She leads the nonprofit's efforts to identify spectacular tech job opportunities for candidates. Inspired by her participation in employer-sponsored volunteer opportunities, Jackie left her career at Bloomberg LP to obtain her Masters in Nonprofit Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Social Policy and Practice. With over three years in fundraising and development, across organizations such as the Union for Reform Judaism and Medical Students for Choice, she now leverages her sales expertise and work in relationship management for LaunchCode.

Shannon Morales is a proud Afro Latina, first generation college grad, single mom, and serial social entrepreneur. Her most recent business venture, Tribaja, was accelerated through Philly Startup Leaders and Immerse Program with Bubble. Tribaja is a double sided marketplace that provides untapped communities with tech training and then matches them with early and growth stage startups looking to build inclusive teams. Shannon created this business after experiencing struggles as a career changers and obstacles faced building tech as a non technical founder.

 Shannon has a strong passion for building diverse tech and startup ecosystems that shines through in her work. She was awarded “Culture Builder of the Year” 2020 by Technically Media, nominated “Young Professional of the Year” by the African American Chamber of Commerce, and is a Zane Venture Fellow working towards raising her first million.
