Matt Ruggieri, Growth Specialist: Matt is the one-man band responsible for all growth initiatives at FoundHuman. From Sales & GTM strategy, marketing, operations & client delivery advising to meme creation and dad joke telling, there's very few hats he doesn't wear. Ultimately, Matt embodies the mantra "he's never met a stranger" and values building genuine, heart-felt relationships with teammates and clients alike. He believes when the right people come together with the right shared goal in mind, anything is possible!
