Meet The Team
JAMES CONNOR
James plans, collaborates, and oversees the building of platforms/products for nonprofits and startups/businesses usually described as software. The software he has built recently ranges from helping life coaches/advisors in managing progress and goals for their clients to tracking over $300 million in compensations for RIAs across the US in 2020 (estimated to process $1 billion in compensations in 2021).
As an underrepresented founder that has worked with several nonprofits/organizations, James continues to provide ways for others to succeed in life. This is the WHY for building the FlexibleSites platform, so he can help support those who want to make positive change. Secondly, James is a fractional CTO who works alongside some wonderful founders as we tirelessly strive to grow the startup/business. Lastly, I am the father to 4 children whom I love more than they realize.
During my experiences I have worked on various projects including those costing millions of dollars with large teams (over 100 developers) to those with small teams and bootstrapping highly successful projects. My focus is on efficiency and determining how to build software that provides the most value to the organization's customer within the defined budget.
