Sisters Learning Code: HTML/CSS/JavaScript for Beginners

6-week workshop series

Our Sisters Learning Code Virtual Workshop Series is geared towards women of color looking to gain new skills and knowledge in order to continue to grow in their lives and careers. Upon completion of this series, attendees will walk away with the ultimate developer toolkit.

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are the makeup behind all websites, and knowledge of them is a necessity if you are interested in things like web development, creating marketing emails, or even blogging! 

During this project-based workshop, you will learn to code your very own website portfolio using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with the help of our amazing Mentors! During this series, you'll recieve the following:

• Weekly live, virtual sessions covering how to create a beautiful, multipage page website with images and a CSS-defined layout

• Weekly assignments to deepen your knowledge and understanding

• Access to weekly small group mentoring with our Learning Squads

• Confidence and community in a safe learning enviroment
