For the third year, Advancing Women in Product (AWIP) presents its award-winning Executive Summit, Breaking the Cycle: Pathways To Ascending Leadership, a gathering of top executives, philanthropists, and influencers to solve the pathway problem that exists with the lack of diversity in leadership roles.

This year’s Executive Summit will be focused on candid conversations around how to break the cycle that prevents women and minorities from achieving their full potential in tech leadership. Many of us have overcome challenges, whether personal or directly related to the macro-global events that have occurred.
