1776 Presents: Mindful Self-Care with Ananda Leeke

Attendees will learn what mindful self-care is and why it is important for entrepreneurs. They will participate in three mindful self-care practices they can use including mindful moments with deep breathing exercises, intention setting, and a 3-5 minute mindfulness meditation.
