1 MILLION CUPS, founded by the Kauffman Foundation, is a free, nationwide program designed to educate, engage, and accelerate early-stage startups. 1MC believes in the notion that entrepreneurs can discover solutions and thrive when they collaborate over a million cups of coffee. Drop-in on our community of innovators and entrepreneurship enthusiasts to connect and support Philadelphia's local startups.

During each event you will hear the stories of two incredible founders and provide live feedback to the presenters.

The goal of 1MC is to foster a supportive, consistent, learning community of entrepreneurs and the people that support them. Whether you are an experienced founder, a service provider, an investor, a government official, a university representative or a member of the media, these new entrepreneurs need your support and feedback.

As the lead organizer for 1MC Philadelphia, CIC Philadelphia hopes to magnify this entry point into the startup ecosystem, and along with our partners, offer an in-person welcome to new entrepreneurs seeking the ever-growing and thriving Philly startup community.
