The annual PHL Innovation Picnic is hosted by Ben Franklin Technology Partners, Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT), Philly New Tech Meetup, Philly Startup Leaders (PSL), PIDC, Startup PHL, University City Science Center, Venture For America, and Waterfront Ventures.
