It’s why Philly Startup Leaders was founded 16 years ago by a few founders in the back of a small pub on South Street.
We started small. One event at a time. But we’ve grown into Philadelphia’s largest network of founders, mentors, and investors. Our purpose: To help you succeed. So that together, we can make this city we call home better.
PSL is lead by CEO Isabelle Kent and a local board of entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Create a positive perception of Philadelphia’s startup ecosystem.
Develop a path for equitable entrepreneurial growth in Philadelphia.
